Chicken Macaroni Pasta in white sauce is prepared using chicken boneless breast marinated and stir fried and cooked along with several vegetables and later tossed with Macaroni Pasta along with some great Pasta sauce and processed cheese

Chicken Macaroni Pasta in White Sauce


Chicken Marination

250 gms Boneless Chicken (Breast)
01 Egg
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp White Pepper Powder
1/4 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
01 tsp Sugar
1/2 tbl Spoon White Vinegar


Pasta Veggies

1/2 Yellow Zucchini
1/4 Red Bell Pepper
02 Spring Onions
05 Garlic Cloves
03 Baby Corn
05 Button Mushrooms
03 tbl Spoons Olive Oil


Pasta Preparation

250 gms Macaroni Pasta
750 ml Water
01 tsp Salt
01 tbl Spoon Olive Oil


White Sauce

01 tsp Olive Oil
20 gms Butter
01 tbl Spoon All Purpose Flour (Maida)
01 Basic Leaves Stem
200 ml Milk (Cold)
01 Cheese Cube (Processed)
01 tbl Spoon Parsley


Chicken Macaroni Pasta in White Sauce

Cooking Instructions

1) Marinate the chicken breast pieces in the ingredients mentioned above and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

2) Stir fry the chicken in 2 tbl spoons of Olive oil until it’s half cooked for around 3-4 minutes and extract and keep aside.

3) To a skillet add Olive oil, garlic and spring onions white and green stalks and saute, add baby corn and saute` along with mushrooms and zucchini and add salt and pepper for seasoning.

4) To the above skillet now add the half cooked chicken and add red bell pepper and cook by covering with lid for 3 minutes, put off the flame and keep aside.

5) In a large bowl, add 750 ml water with salt and olive oil and get it to boil, then add macaroni for 13-15 minutes, discard the water and secure the Macaroni Pasta.

6) To prepare the white pasta sauce for the chicken pasta, grab a large cooking pot and cooking at a low flame, add very little olive oil followed by butter and when the butter melts, add 1 tbl spoon of all purpose flour (maida) and temper until you can smell the aroma of the maida wafting through the air.

7) Add freshly chopped basil leaves and saute` , keep stirring well while you cook the sauce using a whisk and now pour in 1 cup of milk gradually, not all at once as you continue whisking the sauce.

8) Add the veggies and chicken from the skillet to this cooking pot which contains the white pasta sauce and also add the boiled pasta and sprinkle enough processed cheese shredded at the top and swirl through the pasta by incorporating it well using your spatula and garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot, chicken pasta in white sauce 🙂 enjoy
