  1. This is a good way to cook cheap thin cuts of steak, but this method is actually known as “country fried steak”. Chicken fried steak is very similar, but it’s fried in oil that’s previously been used to fry chicken to impart additional flavor, not regular oil.

  2. What is whole Milk? Canadian here and we have skim 2%, 3% half and half, table, and whipping. So what is fat the fat percentage please. Thank you and like a true Canadian… sorry for the question lol.
