Chicken and Vegetable Noodles Recipe – Basic and Easy


Basic and easy vegetables and chicken noodles recipe. You can also use sesame oil to garnish. This recipe if for our watchers who doesn’t have a Chinese products store in their home town. Not like the original Chinese recipe, but still so delicious. We hope you all like it! Bon appetite!
In unsalted water, boil the noodles for 8 minutes Here we are using wheat noodles for this recipe Drain your boiled noodles Add ½ cup soy sauce And 2 tbs vegetable oil Julienne cut the chicken and the vegetablesPour 2 tbs olive oil into a wok pan (if you don’t have a wok pan, use regular pan) When chicken turns brown, add in the carrots 10 minutes later you can add the zucchinis 5 minutes later add onions and peppers Garnish with grated garlic And season with salt and black pepper Mix these with the noodles

6 pieces wheat noodles
1 chicken breast
1 zucchini
1 carrot
2 red peppers
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
6 tbs olive oil
½ cup soy sauce
A pinch black pepper
2 tsp salt

  1. I would add the squash last as it needs very little cooking compared to onions and peppers.  Also a little browning of the chicken would add to the flavor.
