Grandmas are right! Chicken soup is good for the cold, not just for the soul 😉
Chicken, broth, ginger, garlic, turmeric: that’s a powerful natural immune system booster mix, if it will not cure the cold, at least will really ease the symptoms.
As I’m cooking for kids, I played with the vegetables’ size and shape to make everything kids friendly and I used a fun noodle/pastina shape.
If you are cooking for babies under one year, skip the salt and puree’ everything at the end.
