4-6 Chicken breasts
1 can (8 oz.) Pineapple
1 bottle (16 ounces) barbeque sauce

  1. Tryed this one the other week, really good!
I used masterfoods BBQ sauce which went really watery when cooked in a slow cooker though.

  2. Recipe looks great, also this has been this first video I’ve seen in a while, looking good and healthy my friend, keep up the great work!

  3. Hi Todd 🙂 I’m going to have a go at this tomorrow but I’m a bit confused about the amount of pineapple. The recipe says 8oz which is about 220g but that’s a really small tin and in the video it looks like there are about 8 rings which I think is about the size of the 16oz (400g) tin. Can you clarify for me please? Thanks very much!

  4. I tried this last night on the family, I also added some large green apple chunks an hour before it finished. The BBQ sauce was extremely sweet with a chemical undertone, but the overall effect of a BBQ sweet and sour was excellent. I understand using bottled sauce for ease and speed of prep, but should I try this again I will make my own BBQ base sauce. I also think I will use pork ribs, as such a long cook of chicken breast gave it a very dry texture. If you have a sweet tooth, and little prep time this is an easy flavourful choice.

  5. Hey you look GREAT, mate!! I haven’t been on YouTube much for the past while, so hadn’t kept up with your new videos… and now seeing you in this video. .. good on you for losing so much, man. That is not an easy thing to do, so fucken power to y’a for getting it done! You look amazing 😀
