How to Make Better Ramen

This is a video on how to make better ramen.

Buy ramen from Amazon:

You will need:

1 chicken breast
salt, pepper
a half tablespoon of butter
1 teaspoon of minced ginger
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
1 and a half tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
2 cups of chicken broth
2 eggs
a fourth of a cup of green onions
a package of ramen


**Disclaimer to everyone who’s watching**
1. This was University project for an English 402 assignment (yes, NOT a film or cooking class). This assignment was supposed to show our ability to write a story board.
2. There was 3 people involved in the project. I filmed and edited, another guy (hairy arms) did the cooking, and a girl did the voice over.


  1. Wait, why the hell are we washing off our eggs? They are UV filtered before leaving the factory, and boiling water is sterilizing.

  2. I can tell that broth and chicken will taste plain. ur better off boiling the chicken in the can broth or just using the flavor packet.

  3. real armature work here, first off someone needs to teach the guy how to use a knife cuz it made me cringe, second cook the noodles in the broth (really thats ramen 101), thirdly cook the green onions (or leeks) with the noodles and broth, and lastly just crack open the eggs into the pot where the ramen and broth is, it will stay together and cook with it and it will give the egg a nice egg and broth taste that just is to die for.
