  1. Great jod. Really nice video. Now it’s my turn to try it. Did you use milk or cream? What was that? and after that, you use cheese, flour or what? Thanks!

  2. If you want to use milk most people make a rue first, (flour & butter till rawness is gone from flour) then whisk in cold milk, slowly at first, so sauce doesn’t lump. However, I tried & tried that, we always just use cream now, tastes much better. Sometimes plain yougrt which ads body but not so much heavy flavor. Rhonda, very well presented video. I like your style.
