  1. Just made it tonight, very yummy and not bland. I used chicken stock instead of water though. I only had 1/2 cup of quinoa so I cooked some couscous separately and added it afterward. This dish was light yet flavorful and I intend to make it again 🙂 Thanks Shira!

  3. pretty easy to make. it tasted okay but it was kinda bland. not sure what else I can add…something was missing. maybe veg or chicken stock to cook the quinoa instead of water…

  4. I usually soak the quinoa the night before to “sprout” it and that helps get rid of all the bitterness than just washing it many times. I can’t wait to try this recipe this weekend! Looks delicious!
