QUICK & EASY CHICKEN CURRY – Even the kids will love it!

If you’ve often thought that cooking curry was too challenging for you, then you need to try this recipe! Sarah taught Anna and Katy to make two fantastic easy dishes that all the family can enjoy and this is the first. Sarah’s easy kids chicken curry. This is a one bowl, throw it all in and cook recipe. If you want to add some heat, as Sarah says throw in some chillies.


  1. Well, to make a good curry it needs to be done in stages. 1) cook onions until slightly brown 2) add ginger garlic paste and cook until raw smell is gone. 3) add chicken, stir fry until white on the outside. 4) add powdered spices, stir mix around until raw spice smell is gone, but not burnt. 5) add a bit of water and tomatoes. 6) let gently simmer until done.

  2. I like this recipe and made it recently (although I did lack a couple ingredients which were the garlic/onion paste and the tomatoes), but when I made it, it did turn out a little bland although once I added a little bit of sugar it fixed it.

    Did anybody else have a similar issue even with all the ingredients or were the ones I was missing in particular caused this issue and if so, what did you do to correct it?

  4. Looks very easy! Do you think I could make this vegan, just subbing chicken for pre prepared chickpeas?!!
