Juicy lemony chicken marinated with cumin, turmeric and garam masala and given a good dose of garlic, chilli and ginger for added kick. Dunked in to a rich gravy sauce and served with homemade pickle and a crunchy salad. Life doesn’t get much better than this. This recipe first aired on Channel 4 in 2011 as part of the Jamie’s Great Britain series.
